Acetylene Plant

Acetylene is produced in the plant by reacting calcium carbide with water. The plant has a production capacity of 100 cubic meters per hour and produces acetylene with a purity of 97%. The plant is operated by experienced and skilled technicians.

Acetylene

Acetylene is a colorless, odorless, and tasteless gas that is slightly lighter than air. It is non-toxic and does not support life, but it can be asphyxiating in high concentrations. We offer acetylene gas with a purity of 99.5%. Acetylene is used in a variety of applications, including:

Nitrogen

We offer liquid nitrogen and compressed nitrogen gas with a purity of 99.999%. Nitrogen is used in a variety of applications, including:

  • Cooling, chilling, and freezing
  • Freezing and preserving blood, tissues, and other biological specimens
  • Separating sensitive products and processes from air
  • Purging piping and equipment to prevent contamination
  • Propelling liquids through pipelines

Argon

Argon is a non-flammable, colorless, odorless, and tasteless gas that is slightly heavier than air. It is non-toxic and does not support life, but it can be asphyxiating in high concentrations. We offer argon gas and liquid argon with a purity of 99.999%. Argon can be mixed with other gases to create specialty blends as needed. Argon gas is used in welding applications, such as the welding of specialty alloys, and in the production of light bulbs and lasers. It can also be used as an inert shield gas to enhance arc stability in gas metal arc welding. In metal production, argon is used to prevent oxidation during processing.

Carbon Dioxide

Carbon dioxide is a colorless, odorless, and non-flammable gas. We offer compressed carbon dioxide and liquid carbon dioxide with a purity of 99.999%. Carbon dioxide is used in a variety of applications, including:

  • Cooling, chilling, and freezing
  • Extinguishing fire
  • Preventing canned food from being spoiled
  • Welding some metals
  • Pressurizing perfumes and insect killer bottles
  • Increasing the productivity of greenhouses through improved plant growth

Helium

Helium is an inert and non-flammable gas with high thermal conductivity, low molecular weight and size, and the lowest boiling point known. It is also tasteless, odorless, and colorless with a purity of up to 99.9999%. Helium is mostly used for welding purposes as it can create an inert atmosphere that prevents metals from oxidation. It is used in the manufacturing of semiconductors, neon tube lights, and electronic lamps. Helium is used in diving as a breathing gas where it is mixed with oxygen, and as a medical anesthetic in some psychological cases. Because it is lighter than air, helium is used to inflate balloons and airships.

Hydrogen is a colorless and highly flammable gas. We offer hydrogen gas with a purity of 99.999%. Hydrogen is used to enhance plasma welding and cutting operations, upgrading heavy crude oils into refined fuels, fuel cells, and as a heat-treating furnace atmosphere for parts manufacturing.

Nitrous Oxide is a colorless, non-toxic, non-flammable gas with a barely perceptible sweet odor and taste. We offer nitrous oxide with a purity of 99.999%. It is used as an anesthetic for surgical operations in hospitals.
